Tateno Kaeru Farm focuses on organic rice growing and with the natural
forces from frogs and dragonflies, leverage their power to emerge
organic farming.
In the world of organic farming, the philosophy of Tanaka Shozo or
Miyazawa Kenji, their belief in valuing all manners of life, in our
farms and fields organic rice and wheat, vegetables, fruits thrive and
flourish alongside with grass and weeds.

・Plant pot grown seeding in the rice paddy after June
・Do the first ploughing and irrigating of the paddy field in May, do
the second ploughing and irrigating only after observing growth of
weeds in the fields.
・Conduct the third ploughing and irrigating with the paddy field still
flooded, then plant the rice in the flooded state. ( water submerged
rice planting)
